Silantiev Project
May 31 in Wilsonville
Ms. Silantiev is a 52-year-old woman who lives with her grown daughter in the Wilsonville mobile home she has owned for 13-years. She contacted us last year, requesting help with a roof leak. We dispatched volunteer Carson Puppo for the repair, who is co-owner of Peak Performance Roofing with his brother Aaron. Following the repair, it was concluded that the roof was in really bad shape overall, and needed full replacement.
This May, Peak Performance returned to Ms. Silantiev's home to demo the existing roof, make necessary structural/plywood repairs, and install a completely new roof FREE OF CHARGE! Work was done by one of the Peak Performance roofing crews, with no other Catalyst volunteer support; so they donated all of the labor. In addition, they supplied lumber for replacing 9 rafters, as well as replacing all 1200 sf of the plywood!
Malarkey Roofing Products also gave big on this project, supplying all the roofing shingles, underlayment, starter and ridge needed for the new install. They donated materials for the entire roof!
BIG THANKS TO PEAK PERFORMANCE AND MALARKEY FOR KEEPING THE SILANTIEV'S SAFE & DRY IN THEIR HOME!
