Ms. Jones lives alone in her single-wide mobile home in Milwaukie.  She has owned her home for 19 years, is very low-income, and suffers from some physical limitations.  She was referred to us by Clackamas County Weatherization.  Their program was able to help with some of her needs but her badly leaking roof was beyond their scope, so they contacted us.  We partnered with them to completely replace the EPDM roofing membrane and related substrate materials.  This was a new type of construction skill for us, so we were glad to work with some skilled volunteers from the County....big thanks to Rod Normand!

We also rebuilt a small section of fence, and did some other minor repairs for Ms. Jones.  It was a great day of service!
