IMG1129JPGMs. Caradine lives alone in the small residential home she has owned for 12-years.  She is disabled and low-income.  Unfortunately, the severe windstorms we had last winter badly damaged the wood fence in her backyard.  She has 2 little dogs that need the fence to keep them from escaping.  The fence is quite old and was installed very poorly to begin with, so we partnered with Tigard Christian Church to completely replace it in her back and right side yards...about 120 LF total.  We also powerwashed the moss off her slippery wood deck.  Big thanks to the 27 volunteers who made this project possible!
