Morin Project
March 1-2 in Hillsboro

MorinMr. & Mrs. Morin are a low-income, elderly, disabled couple who live in a mobile home in Hillsboro. Mrs. Morin is shown here with Catalyst's vetting agent Martha Reeves.  The Morins have owned their home for about 12-years, and are requesting help with mold in the wall between their bedroom and bathroom which has resulted from an ongoing water leak. They heard about Catalyst from Community Action of Washington County.

Their bathroom shower had been leaking for some time and had caused damage to the sub-floor and carpet in the adjacent bedroom. The drywall was removed on the bedroom wall behind the shower to see where the leaking was and the appropriate repairs were made. In addition to this, we replaced a handrail on their front entry that was falling apart.
