2012 Golf Marathon
We were pleased with strong results for our Second Annual Golf Marathon on May 19, 2012! 18 Golfers converged on Charbonneau Golf Club in Wilsonville, having raised a total of $40,000 in gifts & pledges, to enjoy 100-holes of "adapted play" golf on a warm & sunny day! Thank you to all 350 of our financial sponsors!
The pictured group of 4 guys won the honor of being the team with the highest number of pledges at $9,600. Rob Stamper, second from right, was the campaign's top pledge-earner with $5,730!!! In addition to these fundraising champions, Longest-Drive kuddos go to Ryan Gray and Melanie Miller, with Closest-To-Pin awards going to Rob Stamper and Marnie Conti. Following the conclusion of 100-holes in 4-hours, Rick Hoggan won the shootout contest to get one shot at a hole in one from 165-yards for 1-Million Dollars...although he missed, he gave us a good show ;)
