Caldwell Project

Ms. Caldwell is a 53-year old single woman who is living in a manufactured home that needed several repairs. She had tried to do some of the repairs, but was not physically able to do them at this time. She was distressed by the condition of her front and back deck - they were not safe.  

The skirting around the back deck was damaged and was replaced. There were areas around the home where the bottom trim was rotted and needed replacement. The roof structure above the rear deck needed additional support to prevent collapse (it was being held-up by a 2x4 that the homeowner installed). Posts at the bottom of both staircases were secured or replaced. We finished off with some exterior painting.
