Bohna Project

Last Fall, we did a large exterior project for Ms. Bohna.  She's a 38-year old single mom with 3 young kids. She has owned her King City mobile home for 7 years, and is low-income despite working full-time.  In the process of doing that project, we also came to realize that they need help with some other things around the house.

BATHROOMS: The family bathroom was in pretty rough shape.  The leaky tub/shower and toilet needed replacing along with the damaged floor caused by the water leaks.  While we were at it, we replaced the vanity.  Ms. Bohna already had the tub and shower surround kit, so that helped.  The master bathroom has a nice, large bathtub...but the valve needed to be replaced.  

Extras: We also did a big yard cleanup and improvement, taking care of weeds, digging-out unwanted roots, lawn care, and improved some planter areas.  Ms. Bohna already had some paint, so we painted the kid's room.  We hauled away some unwanted items to the dump, help organize the shed, fix the garbage disposal, and whatever else time allowed.
