Ms. McRae is a very pleasant elderly lady. Her parents purchased the mobile home in which she is living in 2003, and she moved in to help care for them. Her father passed away in 2005 and her mother in 2019, after which the home was willed to her. The home had accumulated significant deferred maintenance items which she cannot afford to undertake. She needed a big "hand-up" so that she can remain safely in her home.
On August 11-13, we mobilized volunteers to demo & replace the rotted front porch, repaired the rotting areas of the back deck, and replaced & painted siding where needed.
Peak Performance Roofing and Malarkey Roofing Products teamed-up to take care of replacing the roof.
