Ms. Everly is an elderly widow living in a manufactured home with her son. She suffers from dementia and has mobility issues that require full time supervision. Her son is her full time, unpaid caregiver. Their low income does not allow them to keep up with home maintenance. We replaced their leaking roof and repaired a leak in their crawlspace.
