Buchanan Project
Nov. 22 in NE Portland 

Ms. Buchanan is a middle-aged single mom of a 12 year-old daughter who has owned her 1890’s era home in NE Portland for 15-years (yes really, it's like 130 years old!).  It’s a lovely home, but needs some TLC. In addition to raising her daughter, Ms. Buchanan also serves as the primary caregiver for her elderly mother. Ms. Buchanan’s biggest “ask” was for replacement of the original windows - many of which were damaged or inoperable, all of which were very drafty and cold in the winter.
