Ballinger Project in Canby

Ms. Ballinger lives alone in her 1980's-era manufactured home. She has been trying to keep it up, and we helped her with some flooring issues earlier this year.
Her roof is leaking badly over her kitchen. She currently has a tarp on her roof which the mobile park management will not allow much longer. We will be replacing the roof so that Ms. Ballinger has a safe and dry place to live. There are some significant structural problems with the roof, so this project will include lots of framing repairs and new plywood.
