Lowrie Project

Mr. Lowrie is an 84-year-old blind man living in the manufactured home that he and his wife have owned for 24-years. Their only income is from social security, and their home was built back in the 1960’s. The park where they live have repeatedly given them eviction notices for maintenance items throughout the years, attempting to get their old home out of the park; but we have been working with them since 2013 to keep them safe, dry and stable! Currently they are requesting exterior painting for their home, due to pressure from park management, and we aim to make their old mobile home beautiful. Pressure washing, minor scraping and caulking prior to painting will be needed. The home will be painted with two colors and the skirting at the left side driveway will be repaired.
