Perez Project

Mrs. Perez and her husband live in the 1950’s-era single family home they have owned for 35-years. They are in their late-60’s/early-70’s, and both receive Social Security fixed-incomes. Mr. Perez suffers from prostate-related medical issues, and Mrs. Perez has experienced two strokes. The windows of the home are in need of replacement, and a severe structural floor problem in the kitchen has been fixed by a group of awesome volunteers.
In addition to the floor repairs our partners at Renewal by Andersen will be replacing all the windows in the home sometime this spring or early summer.
