Ms. Wilks and her partner live in the manufactured home she has owned for 14 years. She learned about Catalyst last year when we were helping one of her neighbors and contacted us for help with her failing deck and stairs. The stairs and risers, as well as much of the entry deck, were rotted and becoming unsafe. We mobilized volunteers from Abundant Life Church in Happy Valley to take care of this for Ms. Wilks, so that she and her partner can continue living safely in the home for years to come.
The project was a success thanks to our committed volunteers supporting their community!
