Paul Williams
Chairman
Paul brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the high‑tech and semiconductor industry, serving as a Vice President at Intel. A long‑time Catalyst volunteer, he is passionate about serving his local community and supporting the organization’s mission through board leadership.
Grounded in strong values of hard work and Christian service, Paul is dedicated to helping those in need. Outside of work, he and his wife of 30+ years enjoy time with their four daughters and sons‑in‑law, along with traveling, outdoor activities, and college football.
Marina Mitchell
Secretary
Marina brings a strong background in human resources and process improvement, currently serving as an Education and Onboarding Specialist in the fitness software industry. As a co‑founder of Catalyst and current Board Secretary, she has a deep passion for the organization’s mission and long‑standing impact.
With a people‑focused approach, Marina helps guide strategic decisions using intuition and insight to strengthen the ministry. Outside of her work, she enjoys bargain hunting and spending time playing games with friends and family.
Isaac Federiuk
Board Member
Isaac serves as a Clinical Studies Engineer in cardiac rhythm management and brings years of hands‑on experience with Catalyst, having grown from volunteer to board chair and now board member. He is passionate about encouraging others, helping turn ideas into action, and supporting the team through seasons of growth.
Driven by a love for restoration and hands‑on work, Isaac values the impact of empowering others to serve well. Outside of Catalyst, he enjoys building projects with his family and restoring vintage audio equipment in his workshop.
Todd Everett
Board Member
Todd serves as RVP of Large Market Sales at Pelago Health and an educator at Valor Global Online. He’s passionate about helping connect resources and relationships so more people can find a safe place to call home.
With strengths in strategic communication, project coordination, and creative problem‑solving, Todd brings both insight and action to Catalyst’s mission. Outside of work, his family is launching a Willamette Valley travel experience company—so he’s always ready with a great local recommendation.
PM Varghese
Board Member
PM brings more than 26 years of banking experience and currently serves as a Vice President at U.S. Bank. As a Catalyst board member, he provides financial oversight and strategic guidance while actively serving the community through volunteer initiatives.
Passionate about helping people and building community, PM is committed to putting his faith into action through Catalyst’s mission. Outside of work, he and his wife of 40 years enjoy spending time with their family, grandchildren, and church community.
Shawn Mitchell
Executive Director
Shawn is a visionary leader who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and get dirty right alongside the team. As Executive Director and Minister, he brings people together, builds teamwork, and keeps everyone focused on what matters most—serving and empowering others. His passion is sharing God’s love in real, practical ways that make people feel seen and supported. Shawn’s personal touch and down to earth style shape everything he does, from big picture planning to everyday moments of encouragement.

Shawn is a hands‑on, visionary leader who works right alongside the team. As Executive Director and Minister, he brings people together, strengthens teamwork, and keeps the focus on serving and empowering others. His passion is sharing God’s love in practical ways that help people feel seen and supported through both big‑picture leadership and everyday encouragement.
Marty Brown
Care Director
Marty supports people on their spiritual journeys through thoughtful listening, genuine curiosity, and a people‑first approach. He’s passionate about helping others, building community, and sharing the gospel in real, meaningful ways.
Outside of coaching, Marty enjoys golf, fishing, gardening, learning about history, and spending time with his grandkids.
Mike Moser
Program Director
Mike oversees the Restoration, Handle‑It, and Energy Conservation programs, bringing over 30 years of operations and leadership experience. His focus is on operational excellence and thoughtfully connecting partners and volunteers with clients in ways that create meaningful, Kingdom‑driven impact. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, traveling and sharing his story of immigrating to the U.S. by ship at 3 1/2.
JJ Milmore
Operations Director
JJ thrives on creative problem solving and finding better, smarter ways to get things done. With a passion for improving processes and developing innovative solutions, he approaches every challenge with curiosity and a fresh perspective.
Bringing a personal touch to his work, JJ loves anything that makes his brain fire—puzzles, new technologies, and anything that combines logic with creativity.
Martha Reeves
Energy Conservation Manager
Martha partners with the Energy Trust of Oregon to help qualified homeowners receive free, energy‑efficient upgrades. With expertise in home energy assessments, grant writing, and project coordination, she makes the process simple and supportive. Passionate about helping people, especially marginalized communities, Martha is committed to expanding access to energy conservation. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, golfing, and reading historical fiction.
Scott Moorman
Program Logistics Manager
Scott keeps projects running smoothly through strong processes, procedures, and solid project management. A calm, creative problem‑solver, he’s passionate about building strong relationships, supporting his team, and finding more efficient ways to get the job done.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys water sports and fixing just about anything—except himself, as he likes to joke.
Nikki Pooley
Operations Lead
Nikki keeps everything running smoothly with her quick, detailed work and well rounded skills in administration and bookkeeping. She’s passionate about supporting leadership, building strong rapport with her coworkers, improving processes, and making sure the small details never get missed.
An empty nester with big energy, Nikki is busy checking off her bucket list before grandbabies arrive—and loving every minute of it.

Energy Conservation Lead
Haven brings strong attention to detail, creative problem‑solving, and relationship‑building to her role as Energy Conservation Lead. She’s passionate about helping communities, improving processes, and doing creative work that makes a lasting impact.
Outside of work, Haven enjoys country dancing and photography, always appreciating both movement and moments worth capturing.
Cassie Hegg-Murray
Project Assistant
Cassie supports projects with strong communication, organization, and genuine empathy. She’s passionate about transforming lives, building meaningful relationships, and sharing the love of Jesus by connecting people with the resources they need. With a thoughtful personal touch, Cassie brings care and compassion into every interaction. Outside of work, she loves to run and has completed several half marathons.
Ann McGranahan
Vetting Manager
Anne connects with new applicants to understand their needs and determine program eligibility. With strengths in communication, administration, and creative problem‑solving, she makes people feel heard, cared for, and supported.
Passionate about helping others and building community, Anne also feels called to missions—especially in Cambodia. Outside of work, she’s on a mission to visit all 63 national parks, with eight more on the list this year.
Lee Neils
Volunteer Manager
Lee brings warmth, clear communication, and behind the scenes support to every event. From volunteer check ins to site hosting, she loves serving others and uplifting people with encouragement and prayer. Her passion is helping others feel valued.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Lee outside—traveling, biking, golfing, or enjoying any excuse to get into the fresh air.
